Refund conditions
Following the control of the return of your order, we will refund you* on your bank card or Paypal account used during the purchase.
We can offer you a product exchange with the customer's agreement in the event of a reference error or a broken product. Please contact our customer service available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
* Except in the case of a special order from a manufacturer signed during a quote or in the event of deterioration of the product during the quality control of the return by us (see the conditions for returning goods)
